Wear Club colours with pride - lack of tangerine

Looking at the pictures of the celebrations on reaching the play-off, I have noticed a massive lack of tangerine colour.
It should of been a sea of tangerine.
There was nothing better than in 2010 going down the motorway seeing everyone in tangerine, wear the club colours with pride!

Difference is the weather I reckon. Roasting hot at Wembley in 2010, raining in Blackpool at the celebrations outside the ground. One set of fans didn't need a coat, the others did!

Plus on Wembley trips there is a sort of emphasis on wearing colours for the day out. Generally outside the ground it was young lads on a "normal" day where you're a bit more fashion conscious!

Looking back to 2010 I definitely should have gone to A&E when I got back to a Lincoln from Wembley. The sunburn on the back of my neck was truly the worst I’ve ever known. I had scar tissue for months afterwards! Thankfully the celebrations in the hours and days afterwards numbed the pain 🥳

Must have been 30oC + that day ??

I clinically died 12 times in the second half.

40+. Wasn't it shown on TV as being 107 F

Can I be honest - I've not liked the last few home shirts - I have bought 2 away shirts and one third choice kit in the last couple of seasons but the home kit I think has been a bit of a let down. Just a personal thought.

I don’t have the tangerine shirt for this season, but have the reserve and third.

I thought the interesting thing about that game/picture was all of the sponsors from over the years. Went to prove we have some right tight arse supporters when you saw 'Innuendo', 'Rebecca's Jeweller's' and 'Telewest Communications'!!

Would much prefer to wear an old/retro shirt than the modern standard issue kit every team in the league has.

My Rebecca’s one seems to have shrunk mainly round the waist area, I’ll have to plump for the away floors to go one that served us well against Cardiff. I won’t be buying any more when I’ve got 2 perfectly good ones! As for the Wonga one there’s not much of it left since using bits of it to tie round our suitcases during the boycott years.
will wear some tangerine on Friday what depends on the temperature. 🍊
