Try working outside.
50 ish before kick off... 57 mph winds at full time. It really has been bad for ages now. Doesn't help inspiring floating fans to attend.

JJ Those are the estimated gusts. 30-36mph on average, similar to recent days. BBC has been hyping the the gusts as mean speeds recently.

If it carries on pissing down it won't just be the fans that are floating. I've never known such a sustained period of bad wind

You don't need a coat if you've sunk 6 pints before the game alcohol will keep you warm not sure about your bladder in the cold.

Keep looking at the forecasts on BBC and XC weather( which is the better of the two for detail) and it doesn’t look great for the drive over and back nor the game itself which looks like it will be played in farcical conditions and not for the first time in recent weeks.
Still expect to come over but these conditions certainly test ones appetite for doing so especially if there turns out to be a late postponement.
