Well....,.

we created chances today just didnt take them when we should have. That second half was always going to be the big test due to the strong wind against us going forward and driving them forwards. They got their tactics spot on from the second half kick off get the ball into the blackpool box with the wind behind it and follow it up same way they got the winner.

I haven’t attended a match this season so don’t normally comment on performances. However, when I read reviews all I usually see is Tilt, Turton , Heneghan , Howard “et al” have made mistakes. Some have been moved on but still defensive errors. Defence is where the new manager needs to start .

I didn’t see the game today but if the performance was better than recent weeks that’s all you can ask

It was better for sure, until the moment of silliness in a really non-dangerous area of the pitch.

Just seen it online. Ridiculous. Footballers not the brightest are they!

At least the performance was better and more positive. That’s all as fans you ask for. Give it a go

I could understand a last ditch sliding tackle on the edge of the box at the end of a game but not so clumsy and near the half way touchline ?!?!? Silly boy, hopefully he will learn from it, this isn't the time to slate him

Why have you not attended a match..just curious

Funny how many times this season we have read about opposition teams getting their tactics spot on! Is that to their credit or our detriment?

I think the answer to that question is a bit of both. Watching a team change it’s tactics effectively or make changes to adapt to conditions after half time shows that the manager/coaches have a bit of a clue as to what they are doing. In the last matches of Grayson I didn’t think we showed any real creativity and were rather predictable.

To be fair, we were dominant in the first half. The sending off made it much more difficult in the second with the weather to contend with as well. I though we played reasonably well second half and made plenty of chances, 3 for Virtue and 1 for Fonz spring immediately to mind. I went awy feeling much happier than for quite some time, despite the loss.
