When it's not going your way ..

I realise that I didn't see the performance over 90 minutes but just looking at these highlights ..

1. Could have so easily been an opening goal bar the woodwork
2. For me, was a Pen
3. How unlucky was it Heneghan hit Spearing
4. The lad knew nothing about getting in the way of Tilt's header
5. Pleased for Nuttall he was offside because he should have buried those two chances at the end

Just not going our way - it will though as these things do.

I do think there's a bit of that but at the same time I'd say we rode our luck earlier in the season. We were hanging on in some games.

We need a bit of luck but more than that we need a team who are committed for the full 90 minutes, a formation which lends itself to attacking football on the ground and also a regular first team which we have badly been lacking.

Wasn’t there either and be interesting to hear from anyone who did go whether those headlines flattered us. Agree with the o/p though that not much is going our way.

I know that quite a few said that Nuttall had a good game but his two misses (despite being off side) were reflective of his confidence. If ever a player could do with a goal in front of a home crowd ....

We pass it backwards and sideways too much and Feeney showed zero interest in taking on his man. Couldn’t beat an egg
