Where is Ritchie going?

Just visited my mate in Worsley who lives 5 doors away from Ritchie Wellens
He told me the house was up for sale so just wondered if anyone on here was interested.
Just a cool £1.3 million! No board up though.
Wellens black Range Rover was on the drive but all curtains drawn.
Wonder if he is down sizing!
