I always think the true test of a manager is not necessarily results or which players he brings in or his relationship with owner/fans but actually the players he brings through (especially at this level). I think as a supporter it is one of the most satisfying things when a manager takes a player who is either young, out of form, from another club or jaded by the game and gives them a lease of life and really gets the most out of them.
Sorry to say this, as I know he has his problems already, but I can't think of one player who has improved under Grayson. In fact I can think of quite a few who have gone the other way. Anyone like to disagree and give me a name?
