White black MP accuses police of racial profiling

Black woman not black enough for TangoJoe Goebbels

Try reading the article that you posted, you simpleton

Black power arrives bang on time with his inane insults.

Do you really not understand the link between someone with a well-worn personal vendetta against the police and government who she calls institutionally racist and being "stopped by the police because of the colour of her skin"

Surely even you cannot be that naive. Then again.

You obviously haven't read the article.

So you don't think there is not a possibility that her son's friend was not stopped by the police because of the colour of his skin. Especially when they decided to pursue no further when they found out she was an MP.

Surely you cannot be that naive. Then again you could be something else.

She says she was stopped because of the colour of her skin. Yes this is the same woman who rejected the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparity Report, which she labelled "laughable". And the same woman who calls the police institutionally racist. What else would she be doing other than looking for reasons to accuse the police of racism? I could have written this story before the incident even happened. I wonder what her next accusation will be.

It's the 1st time I've ever used the I'm a MP card.
Bet you've used plenty of others though.

Little point reporting it to the police.
Yeh, more point reporting it to the bbc so they can get their teeth into it.

🤦‍♂️

She says her group was stopped because of the colour of their skin, which is different to what you have written and a key point in the article.

I can honestly say I’ve probably been stopped about 20 times by police because I’ve fitted the description, it’s never been me they were after, I’ve just answered their questions and I’ve got on my way 👍🏻 At no point have I accused the police of being racist against white people, this woman is beyond contempt ☹️ Maybe just maybe she will need the police one day😯

I'm sure the police will be able to provide evidence of proper conduct if it goes further instead of the very vague response they've so far issued.

To be fair to Joebbels, the headline piece does put ‘because of the colour of her skin’ in quotation marks’

I imagine that this is as far as Joebbels got in terms of reading the article

I accept your apology black power. Now how about commenting on the substance of the story. Woman famous for accusing the police of racism accuses the police of racism.

Strange thing to do because she wouldn't describe herself as her so why quotation marks?

If the police had a report of a crime being committed by a very tall black man in a yellow jacket in that area of London, then they had a fair reason to stop him, if they hadn't then they didn't.

As the Met police can’t comment on it then I suppose it’s her word against ? Well nobodies really. So it must be true.

I’m sure they did lad, high vis jackets are the way forward if you want to commit a crime😉

What colour is her skin? Serious question.
No idea really, let's be honest white people aren't actually white, black people are usually a shade of brown, its not like we have Dulux colour charts for this sort of thing!
I would say she is browner than Kalvin Phillips, Stephen Graham and Ross Barkley and they are all mixed race.
Don't really see why it matters everyone in her group was black or mixed race and the person of interest to the police was the tall black lad in the yellow coat.
Stopping them could have been a perfectly valid thing to do, only the police have the answer to that.

Do you mean the same report that a number of those who contributed to it disowned when they saw how heavily the final draft had been changed to paint a different and more positive picture? Bit of research eh.

I mean the report prepared by an independent body overseen by the black Dr Tony Sewell which found that children from ethnic-minority communities did better than white pupils in compulsory education, which found that diversity has increased in professions such as law and medicine, which found that the pay gap between all ethnic minorities and the white majority population had shrunk and barely existed for employees aged under 30, which concluded that factors such as geography, family influence, socio-economic background, culture and religion had more significant impact on life chances than the existence of racism and which found that there was no proof of institutional racism in Britain.

Well that was never going to be acceptable to some was it?

Even to those that contributed to it who publicly stated that their input had been changed, left out etc etc to allow the report to say what certain elements of Govt. wanted it to. Not that independent when it's presented to ministers equipped with pens.

.
Poor, poor thread. This really is scraping the barrel. Why don't you take this nonsense to the EDL website, if they have one. We don't need this on here.

Aaww I'm sorry luvvie. Is it all a bit too much for you?

Yelling Baby Emoticons

Apparently we can only discuss politics if it doesnt offend. Is that what they call cancel culture 😁

I find the whole thing a complete non story.

What's important about this story is that the police are being accused of targeting these people because of their colour instead of doing something about rowdy football fans. The police say one of the people fitted the description of someone they were looking for, but they didn't search or detain the guy. They asked him where he had been and then they left. So there was no arrest, no search, no detention, no abuse and no intimidation. Yet the MP, who seems to be a full-time anti-racism crusader, still thought it appropriate to accuse the police of racism and go to the newspapers. Draw your own conclusions from that.

If the police spoke to the group because one of them fitted the description of a suspect who was in the vicinity then this is a none story.
The MP would be more effective if she used her elevated position to draw attention to the actual cases of racial discrimination that do happen and have more substance.
The UK is in danger of importing another terrible concept from the USA, culture wars, the Conservative party are really jumping on board, and also some people who see racism everywhere, and it needs to stop.
Its the old divide and conquer based on age and race lines and I hope people wake up to it!
