Bearing in mind that Wimbledon are no great shakes - would you throw Thorniley in or do we have any other realistic options? What did he do on Saturday when Heneghan came off?
Last week he went to a back 4 of Turton Moore Husband and McDonald
I would go back to a 5 with Edwards in the middle, Moore and Husband either side and McDonald and Howe as wing backs
Got to agree with Athers and say Thorniley. We need to look to this season as bringing in our new, permanent players wherever possible. Thorniley seems very well regarded and I presume we bought him as part of the future first team, so lets give him experience as and when we can.Thorniley. He’s our player, he’s here next season, he needs minutes
Edwards is our own, so is Husband, McDonald and Howe!Got to agree with Athers and say Thorniley. We need to look to this season as bringing in our new, permanent players wherever possible. Thorniley at CB instead of Heneghan is an option is it not?Edwards is our own, so is Husband, McDonald and Howe!
Bola, Henghan and Moore are that loan players at the back, Heneghan is suspended, Moore has to play on right hand side really if we stick with 5 so if we were to play Thorniley then it is in place of Husband but as both are permanent contracts then I don't understand your point.
