I’m a 57 year old with a traditional attitude and I’ve totally enjoyed watching our ladies win that trophy !A win for the English women will give the vast majority of the country a boost at a time when there’s a lot of doom and gloom around.
The fact that a few misogynists and yesterday’s men will have their noses put out of joint will be an added bonus .
Can we please keep this conversation withon the bounds of decency, call me anything you like but I draw the line at @City fan' that's disgusting.
I'm guessing you would rather it was 3 Irons on their shirt? Can you imagine if the women win, they'll be worse than the scousers who think winning the Premier League equivalent of the Micky Mouse cup predicts season long domination. Seriously it just doesn't bear thinking about, they'll never STFU about it, so for the sake of sanity Come On You Huns!

Should be on equal pay then. Not on the frontlines (for this country) but they certainly played their part. In Russia on the other hand they had many women on the frontlines fighting alongside men.
Sorry, I don't have the accounts for the Russian armed forces from 1939-1945.Should be on equal pay then.

The statistics say that despite equal pay legislation, women get paid around 70% of their male counterparts in all walks of life.Sorry, I don't have the accounts for the Russian armed forces from 1939-1945.
As far as I know no woman gets lower pay for doing the same job as a man.
Obviously that's different when you look at the mega contracts that the BBC offers, and when you do look at that, none of the women are exactly going to starve are they? This type of work is negotiable by agents etc anyway so employees in this situation do try and get the best deal possible.
If, for example, male nurses were paid more for doing the same job as a female nurse then I think there would be more of an issue.
However I for one am not going to lose any sleep on people (women?) Not earning an extra 100k++++ a year when they're already on astronomically more than a lot of hard working people with "normal" jobs.
