Why the panic

No not Coronavirus but the manager, we’re not going down so I just don’t see the rush. Let the board do it’s job and find us the best possible candidate available.
if we balls this one up it’s another season wasted.

P.S. This Coronavirus is starting to annoy me now but still don’t think there’s any need to panic.
 
Whilst I agree there isn't a massive rush, it would be handy to get the new gaffer in before the end of season, just to give him a few games to get the feel of the club and squad etc and could then hit the ground running in July

Agreed, but still no need to panic, some garbage names being banded around and I don’t want someone just because we panic.
 
Agreed, patience could be our best option. Will Karl Robinson see it differently if Oxford miss the play offs and his idea of funds don’t come to fruition. I can see the benefit of a few games with the squad this season but I suggest we should be happy to let that pass if it helps us get the right man?
 
A new manager now has big advantages in terms of assessing the squad and signing the players he wants for next season.

It has to be EVO IMHO.
