Ask the front men to press high on the massive Wembley pitch in the searing heat, or will he ask them to sit and hit them on the break. Will Appleton play into his hands or will it be a cagey tippy tappy affair played in the middle of the park. Will it be ET and penalties, will Ballard be fit, will there be a sending off, All these questions rolling round in my head today and don’t seem to be able to concentrate.

It's 20 degrees. Searing is pushing it. It was 40+ in 2010. That's searing.
 
I was listening to Derek Adams talking about the Wembley pitch earlier and he was saying that pitch has quite an impact on the pace of the game.He thinks the ball moves slower on it and if he is right that’s a bit of a concern for us on the break.

Thinking some of the same things. Surely we can find the space to open them up though. Subs will be vitally important tomorrow I think 🏝️

Wembley 115 x 75. Bloomfield 112 x 74. Not such a great difference.

Might be 23deg but I bet it’s a damn sight hotter at pitch side. Add in the pressure of the occasion and i reckon it will feel searingly hot.
