He says he gab the money to bank rolle for next sesdonnnans would it’s make sense to get others s in the likes off belekon to turn up and pay for decent transfer? What are your thought

Hey everyone, don’t forget this is The young guy who was asking for help not that long ago and was considering taking his own life. Cut him some slack.

I hope you’re okay HS and the worst thing your going to get is a sore head this morning. Are you getting the mental health care you need?
You are correct herts, l spotted it when l read it this morning and had an exchange with HS a week or two ago.

I think it would depend on the degree to which that investment watered down his control of the club. He strikes me, if not as a control freak, but someone who has avery defined set of ambitions and a clear sense of how he wants to go about achieving them.

I would suggest he is asking "would Sadler welcome outside investment as per the Belekon cash injection"...to be fair its a good question and I have no idea what the answer would be.

The answer is yes, he would bring in outside investment if he thought it was needed because he couldn't take the club any further. Would it be Valeri Belokon? No.

I wouldn't think he is considering it now but maybe in the future. He has plenty of contacts globally and I'm sure that when the time is right and the club need a financial boost to take it to the next level then we may see that happening. He may, of course, want to do it without.

Belokon was apparently trying to overturn the decision to ban him from football club involvement. Which implies he did want to stay involved with the club. So maybe the EFL is again the cause of the problem. Blocking us from having his investment. Maybe.

Simon Sadler will know plenty of BIG fish, to go to the next level he might be thinking this way??? who knows, im still buzzin to be back in the championship to be honest. UTMP

It's a very good question - I would imagine that investment would be welcomed... but whether Mr Sadler accepts offers of investment or not may depend on what the investor wanted in return...?

I say Lets put Belokon behind us, this is Sadlers ( a Pool fans club).
Might be controversial. Belekon also likely did very well out of the club. And has had some dodgy dealings. No smoke without fire.

It's a sensible question. I would suggest that a specifically hypothecated investment might be the best option. For example, Joe Bloggs (Blackpool fan) wins the lottery and says he'd like to put in £x million towards the construction of the East Stand. His return might be 50% of the non-football related revenues generated annually over a set period plus his capital; ie. not a share ownership in the Club, save for having an input to the non-football use to which the Stand is put.

Simon Sadler made it quite plain at the Fans Forum it would be his investment alone , if he would take outside investment in the future I would very much doubt,
Whatever he decides I am sure would be in the best interests of our Club UTMP

Lincoln have progressed because the owner has gradually brought on board a couple of others who have been prepared to invest. But people they know and who has similar philosophy

Owning a hedge fund company he will have some very wealthy clients/friends id guess it could be a plan b if his own significant investment doesn’t get us to the promised land. But as above I am sure SS would never risk the future of the club.

Not everyone is going to remember every posters circumstances.
That doesn't excuse some of the comments on here though even if he didn't have some issues. Or is it okay to take the piss? What if he suffered with Dyslexia? Even if he was pissed at 1.30am, we have all been there and will be again (I write some of my best stuff when I'm pissed!!) 🙃

To be honest Old Val owes us a bumper signing. Whilst he was responsible for the change in ownership he did well out of the deal so he could always bankroll another Charlie Adam as a leaving gift.

He left us the South and South East.
And the memories.

He didn't want to leave but was forced to.

Without him; well, we'd still have the previous majority shareholders as owners.
