Think the Gazette said as much TAM.Madine looks like he's carrying an injury to me
It worries me though that he does not score Td. It is surely the m.o. of a striker?Fonz might not score but he moves a lot and takes defenders away. Madine doesn't really add that and he didn't win that much against Bolton or Wimbledon. You can get away with one striker not scoring - not both.
I don't think Madine in this form/condition adds anything Gnando doesn't, so if he's fit, Gnando and Fonz for me.
I think Madine will come good, but if he's carrying a knock, let him get fit.

Agree I thought he wasn’t in the game enoughI'm not sure what was the matter with Fonz on Tuesday. He was Ok when he had the ball but off the ball he looked like he was on another planet.
Gnanduillet could come in for either Fonz or Madine on Saturday.
Maybe it's just me but I thought he was OK
Id keep them both starting for Saturday. Fonz gives us that bit of movement and pace in behind and can play quickly with the forward thinking midfielders like Ronan and Dewsbury Hall. Is he the permanent answer...no cos he doesn't score enough but without him we would lose a lot of threat up front and threat and pace makes for nervous defenders and room for others.
As for Madine, he has been ok, decent on the floor again which helps the midfielders and is also presence too. If Gnands is on the bench is a perfect swap for him later in the game.
