It does all seem to be a tad churlish - especially as I'm assuming these examples of street-art will be the work of supposedly 'mature', adult fans. (Yeah - right...)Typical scouse behaviour unfortunately
And today's clubs have no loyalty to a player or manager it's all about the money.Today’s players have no loyalty to clubs it’s all about the money , he’s no different to any other player , they’ve had their moneys worth out of him
Yes, little tubby Franny had Norm scampering away.....For me it shows up the fragility and rather pointless push for these murals, given that players/managers come and go with TTA being a great example in this respect.
Norwich got rid of theirs dedicated to Daniel Farke and Dirty Leeds did a superb one of Kalvin Phillips then promptly sold him, and I'm sure many others wont stand the test of even the shortest of times
Btw it was 50 years this week that Norman Hunter and Franny Lee squared up at the Baseball* Ground, and that WOULD look great on a mural somewhere :-)

thought the more famous one was of Mackay and Bremner, although the latter was seemingly pleading his innocence. For me it shows up the fragility and rather pointless push for these murals, given that players/managers come and go with TTA being a great example in this respect.

I had my wheels trims nicked in Liverpool. Bastards. I wouldn't have minded so much but I was doing 40 at the time.Typical scouse behaviour unfortunately
Liverpool's not as bad nowadays, even those wheelie bins and scooter still have their wheels on.You’d have thought someone would have had those rusty old sky dishes by now .
Not that I condone that sort of behaviour but Lee seemed to be getting the better of things. For me it shows up the fragility and rather pointless push for these murals, given that players/managers come and go with TTA being a great example in this respect.

Micky Mellon too, who shut the away end up at Turf Moor once.Yeah terrible, I mean it's not as if our fans ever gave David Eyres or Richie Wellens dogs abuse, .after they left and every time they returned
Some real bitter people on hereTypical scouse behaviour unfortunately
It was 14 years ago yesterday that we won 5 0 at Elland Rd. Maybe a mural of Lua Lua doing a backflip? For me it shows up the fragility and rather pointless push for these murals, given that players/managers come and go with TTA being a great example in this respect.

Could do but I'd do it on the entrance halls to Bradford Interchange so you get to see it regularly ;-)It was 14 years ago yesterday that we won 5 0 at Elland Rd. Maybe a mural of Lua Lua doing a backflip?
Smashing sense of humour though. According to them.Have no respect for anyone or anything.
Scousers are a different species.
Your point being? Some real bitter people on here
Scousers, Celtic, Mancs, East Londoners, Wolves, Nobbers etc etc
I dare you to have a pop at Asians or Blacks
Some of the Scousers I am referring to will be Asian and Black. It's a general regional mentality being referred to. Nothing to do with skin colour. Some real bitter people on here

When we did the double on them and beat them at Anfield i thought they showed a lot of class that day. A very dignified and respectful response and an appreciation of what it meant to us.The bindippers have no class and never will. Ungrateful peasants. It's different when we do it.
So Asians and Blacks can't be Scousers? Some real bitter people on here

yep, was out with a few mates this morning and one of the topics of discussion was Cherry Tree Gardens.View attachment 27068
This one?
I suspect this debate is becoming a little bit 'over the head' of our dear Neanderthal fellow-fan, Seasideboris...So Asians and Blacks can't be Scousers?
I must tell John Conteh that next time I see him. I'll pass on your regards.
This is it. That song typifies thier hypocrisy and entire way of life. They act like one big family but turn on each other for fun. It’s the last song they should sing, look at the keeper after the Champions league! What a weird bunch the scousers are.
talk of booing a player, i see McLean is back in the news again for assaulting a fan.The defacing of the mural was pathetic. The booing at the game was a bit childish,
but typical of a lot of football fans of every club.
But it seemed to have the desired affect because he did sweet fa when he came on.
Mind you, his team were very much second best so it would have been difficult
to have much affect on the game.
He's a young, very gifted footballer and I don't blame in one bit for following
his dream. Some obviously disagree.
As someone else pointed out, it's not as we've never booed ex players when they've
come back to Bloomfield Road. Some have had absolute dogs abuse.
Yes. He says 4 Cardiff fans confronted him so he got his retaliation in first.talk of booing a player, i see McLean is back in the news again for assaulting a fan.
it perhaps shouldn't do but is it relevant that seemingly no Cardiff fan reported it.Yes. He says 4 Cardiff fans confronted him so he got his retaliation in first.
Is that a defence that would stand up in court?
That's the thing for me. In those few years they've morphed into an entitled and classless fan base supporting a team containing cheats and divers. What on earth is that childish booing about whenever the opposition touch the ball? Pathetic! Oh, and Van Dyke has the shittest beard in football. Slott impresses me though. When we did the double on them and beat them at Anfield i thought they showed a lot of class that day. A very dignified and respectful response and an appreciation of what it meant to us.
I've heard the only reason Gerard didn't go to Chelski was because his wife's gangster family leaned on him.I defended Liverpool fans a bit before the game on here because I thought there would be plenty who would clap and I always think they are pretty sporting historically.
How wrong I was. Disappointed in them to say the least.
When you consider they accepted a player into their fold who was basically on strike previously it was a bit hypocritical from what looked like the vast majority. Singing about Gerrard as well to make a point...he was a hairs breadth away from going to Chelsea that time and stayed more by chance.
So a 360 degree turn by me on this which doesn't happen that often on here .
I thought TAA deserved better than that .
Yes he had an altercation on a car park with some Cardiff fans. He claims it wasn’t his fault but trouble does seem to follow him roundtalk of booing a player, i see McLean is back in the news again for assaulting a fan.
