Casey

We will agree to disagree on this then. I don't think it's a myth at all. I think he's really poor on the ball. Good defender but certainly not good on the ball.
it's fine to disagree but can you recall when he last made a mistake on the ball which came anywhere near tp costing us a goal? As i said, he had a poor spell early season and people have fixated on that and can't move on from it.

Casey was the stand out player early season when I think he got a run of games due to injuries or bad form from others. Did he then get sent off and never back in? He'll be one who plays at a higher level I think and if he does go, a young player who Critch hasn't handled like his reputation suggests he should. Obviously, behind closed doors we don't know what goes on but on the pitch I saw more than enough to be convinced we'd got a good prospect from Leeds.

Wanted to move the ball too quickly, so did not fit into the bore fest. We will struggle to get better.

Great defender and a decent technical footballer. At league 1 level he’s a real plus and never really understood why Critchley seemed to make him the fall guy a few times last season.

He's not a great defender. Gets bullied and pushed off the ball far too easily. Like a young Heneghan.

Would agree with that, however if you look at all the goals we let in against Reading Mr Pennington seemed to be the guilty party.
