Why so much negatively above the manager

The Charman appointed him. I know Critchley is basically a very stubborn man and thinks he knows more about football than people who were watching football since before he was born. But come on, we knew what to expect from him. Sadler appointed him

He improves players because he is a fantastic coach.
Kenny Dougall is getting back to his best, he is getting a tune out of CJ Hamilton. Some of the signings we have made have got potential. And Casey who he signed last time looks like quality. The coaches we had last season were a joke, he is far superior to any of them.
Give the guy a chance, he is 11 games in to o this spell. He will need a bit of time to find his best 11 but we have improved already and if it is anything like last time improvements will continue.

So he’s had 11 league games I’m guessing another 3-4 EFL/League cup games so 14/15 games in total and yet he still doesn’t know his best 11? 🤷‍♂️

As for improving players what the hell has he done to the likes of Carey, Ekpiteta and Lavery as a shadow of what they were last season.

Yes, he is having a look at what we have got and how they fit into how he wants to play. He won't always get it right but give him a chance.
If after 18 months it's not going well then it maybe time to get rid but not now. We cannot change our manager every 4 months and expect to go anywhere. It's crazy, Critch is the coach you cannot change that, get behind him and support the team.

God help us if Sadler gives him 18 months. 😫

If you ask anyone on here what's the best 11 you would get 20 or 30 different combinations.
And there are 42 games in a season, why shout you mouth off when were so few games in......

How did Fleetwood do today?
Shall we just sack another manager because some armchair pundits think they know better....
What has Fleetwood got to do with throwing 2 points away in the last 10 minutes of the Charlton v Pool game?

Sadler has made 3 shocking appointments in just over 12 months if you can’t see it then fair enough.

We played pretty well for much of todays game, but substitutes werent great. Need some players back and yet again , another midfield player !
How many midfielders do we need.
Think we would have won if he had switched to 4 at back and brought in Eki.
Losing a 2 goal lead at the end of the game is poor but it happens regularly enough in football

I think he will be here in 18 months time.
I hope he is.
If that’s the case then crowds will be falling people just won’t except his style of play.

I’ve already said on another thread although I wasn’t there today I’ve never missed watching an away game match live yet on IPTV until today that is I just couldn’t get any enthusiasm up for it and if he’s going to be here 18 months as you say they’ll be many more games I’ll be missing.

Good for you
You may find this hard to believe but I don't think that 'support' like yours will be missed by most.

How can he be out of his depth in a league he's already got us promoted from?
He got lucky that season but it’s been down hill ever since, Villa, QPR and now here again.

Even Simon Grayson got us promoted so
It’s not too difficult.

It's down to two reasons, the way he left last time and people stamping their feet like children because they want Dobbie.
The Dobbie thing is crazy.
If Saddler was weak he would have appointed Dobbie, it would have been an easy decision to make.
Instead he thoroughly explored the options and appointed Critchley because he believes that it is a better decision.

It’s not just about me though is it? Many fans will start drifting away if things don’t start to import on the pitch.

I don’t mind watching a team losing so long as 11 men are battling and giving it they’re all but under Critchley I just don’t see that I’m afraid.

And for the record I’ve never said Dobbie is the answer Sadler should have gone for someone not linked to this club in the past and most certainly not an ex manager in a million years.

It’s down to one reason, Sadlers inability to appoint the right manager. He’s appointed 4 managers, 3 were disastrous, 1 buggered off at the first chance dropping him and the club in the doodoo and then reappointed him at the first opportunity.

Not so difficult eh?
You must have missed all the 80s all the 90s and a little bit more.
I hate it when people say someone got lucky when they've achieved something. It's in black and white , a fact. In his case 40 odd games in a whole season.

Oh give over FFS I couldn’t give 2 shits the way he left that’s football he went to a premier league club so who can blame him?

And as I’ve already said Dobbie is not or indeed wouldn’t have been the answer.

But you probably said the same thing last season under Appleton or Mad Mick. The football is better under Critchley IMO.
Do come / Don't come who cares, sometimes we won't win, sometimes we will be shit, sometimes we will be great.
That's what it is all about.
