My uncle is 83 & he lost his partner a few months ago & has been trying to cancel her subscription to TangerineTV. I enquired at the club shop for him & was given an email address for him to write to as it is done by a separate company. We sent an email explaining the situation that she has died and he wants to cancel the subscription. He hasn't heard anything back from them so when he checked yesterday to see if it was cancelled it just says 'blocked'?
He is 83 and as 83 year old people tend to do he is getting really worried about this and has asked me to help him. Would any of you know if this is right if it just says 'blocked' and does that confirm it has now cancelled?
