Apparently he's eas shite!!!!O'Donnell was magnificent tonight. Brilliant game by him.
Basically said the last pen Bolton took went in when it didn’tWhat did he say?
JG is our most valuable asset.Jordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
Agree and how CJ had the impact from bench we should see gabs start and CJ on bench.Jordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
He should have been a starter as soon as he was fit. Has to be one of the first names on the team sheet.Jordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
I struggle to understand why Virtue is pilloried as much as, he is.Fantastic performance second half.
Virtue outstanding and Kouassi very impressive on his return.
Loads of positives to take from this.
He’s being eased back in after a serious injury, nothing more, he is the best wingback at the club by far, Critchley knows it.Jordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
Our best player I’d say, when he’s fully fit, which he almost is, first name on the team sheet for meJordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
Agree completely.Jordan Gabriel discuss. I thought he was fantastic tonight especially 2nd half and his work rate both ways on the pitch was top notch. Surely he's now a starter?
you know I think Gabriel would make a very good central midfielder, he's got decent distribution, is really solid tackle wise, fantastic recovery, he's got pace and can drive forward with the ball.Chisnall had me convinced it was in, then I saw the players going mad cue bedlam, great second half from us, far more aggressive, Gabriel has to start, best tackler of the ball I've seen in a long while.
I refer you to posts 400 and 439 on the matchday thread. Hypocrisy is not a good look.
I get there managing him, which is good but he looks like he's back to the JG version we all know. He’s being eased back in after a serious injury, nothing more, he is the best wingback at the club by far, Critchley knows it.
You wouldn't believe it from the crap he was getting from the board morons in the first halfO'Donnell was magnificent tonight. Brilliant game by him.
The draw is on FridayWho do we play now?
Don't get why, he kept us in it in the first half. He made 2 brilliant saves and few few decent ones as well. You wouldn't believe it from the crap he was getting from the board morons in the first half
What Gabriel goal was this?for a neutral that is what cup games are all about - it was a battle- particularly the second half, sounded like 25,000 there in the stadium. Bolton the better side in the first half, but our tactics of knocking long balls to two players who are barely six foot one on top of the other was ludicrous. we couldn't control the midfield and hence just kept playing long balls.
second half though Virtue was immense, Gabriel was fantastic defensively, Kouassi and CJ gave us something extra when they came on and Dembele got a bit a space to play.
haven't seen a replay of the Gabriel goal cos I'm 99% sure it wasn't offside, but the liner on that side was flagging for everything in the first half and then nothing in the second half, the foul on Gabriel should have been a straight red, it was cynical deliberate and stopped a clear break.
Glad someone else noticed that elbow on Gabriel a red card all day long.I left the house in the last minute.
I can't watch penalties - penalty shoot out - not a chance.
So first half looked like two teams who didn't really want to be there. Bolton better, but nothing which felt like we were under the cosh.
Second half felt like a cup tie and we were better than them. Felt like it could be Charlton again as we didn't take our chances.
Delighted to get home to find out we've won.
The fella who elbowed JG in the back of the head should have had a red, but the ref let plenty go all night.
Gary Bowyer away for his fish supper and Mr Magoo still sat there wondering why all the Blackpool players were celebrating Bolton making it 5-5 on pens and then the game just stoppedChizzy's ineptitude captured for the ages. I need a lie down now

Could not go but watched on TTV, we have a decent squadWhat an excellent second half . Stayaways missed a treat !
I said he needs to play because Rhodes is knackered and needs a rest, because we don’t have anyone else. We have Kouassi now so he and Rhodes, if fit, and Joseph, will be ahead of him, being a stalky c**t is an even worse look.
The one disallowed for offside in the 1st halfWhat Gabriel goal was this?
Or losing, one of the two.Night gets better Oxford loosing
Clearly offside….sorry to disappoint.for a neutral that is what cup games are all about - it was a battle- particularly the second half, sounded like 25,000 there in the stadium.
