Simon Jordan just passionately outed Neville for being a hypocrite on TalkSport. Interesting watch
The Glazers have done the sort of deal to buy MUFC that IMO should be made illegal.
My understanding is this; The Glazers borrowed the money to buy the club and then have pushed the debt (i.e. the borrowed money) back onto the club as they have a controlling stake. So Man United have borrowed money to buy the club for the Glazer family. I am not surprised that the fans are a little bit upset about this.
Completely agree with you. Was merely pointing out what he said.Simon Jordan is paid to be contrary. He's very good at it, but don't lose sight of why he's saying what he's saying.
Massively irritates me that we have a whole subsection of media who will say things they don't believe so to "oppose" the narrative. Far enough if you believe it and you want to disagree but Talksport is disagreeing for disagreeings sake.
Simon Jordan needs to keep his mouth shut with his record in football business, buys a club but not the ground, then lies about buying the ground, then gets a loan that bankrupts the club.Simon Jordan just passionately outed Neville for being a hypocrite on TalkSport. Interesting watch
Yes - I agree - TSport set up the opposing narrative to drive figures .... but I do find SJ’s contributions if interestCompletely agree with you. Was merely pointing out what he said.
Was going to say something similar. Neville has a lot of good things to say about the current state of football but for there is the underlying fact that him and his Scouse pal are still preaching whilst on huge Sky salaries.I'd say Neville's more of a hypocrite not a charlatan.
I think it's fair to say that he knows what he's talking about but when it comes down to Sky/ESL and fairplay in football/Salford FC he looks after his won interests.
I'm amazed to see so many putting him up as some sort of saviour of football.
He should resign from Sky if he really cared about the way modern football is being handled.
No different than Prince Harry preaching about the environment and global warming whilst jet setting all over the planet. This would be laughably counter productive. You can't seriously believe this.
"You there, using your platform to say a lot of good things, you should resign from that platform."
Potential sidekick for Chizzy?Jordan is unintentionally comical in his misuse of words when trying to sound intelligent. A real puffed up tit of a man and an Oyston apologist to boot.
Chizzy is a proud blue tit though, and so hopelessly inept he probably thought he was talking about one of the players in the match day squad all the times he defended The Vanquished OnePotential sidekick for Chizzy?
Bollocks. No different than Prince Harry preaching about the environment and global warming whilst jet setting all over the planet.
.I know he won't resign from his job however you don't seem to grasp the irony of where he is preaching the moral high ground from
Bollocks.
People should be able to use a platform without being blameless.
Let alone him and his chinless mate blasting a Hen Harrier out of the sky at Sandringham - FACTNo different than Prince Harry preaching about the environment and global warming whilst jet setting all over the planet.

We all live in a moral vacuum when it suits, let's ostracise anyone who takes cash from Sky, so the whole of English football.Of course. If you live your life in a moral vacuum. You never thought it odd listening to Neville's rants about the state of football and the working class bloke being priced out live from the Sky studios?

While we're at it, let's completely banish any BFC player from 1988 until a couple of years ago, just shills for Oyston. I'll definitely not be watching the play offs on TV if there's no tickets, I'm not supporting Sky coverage, it's Radio Lancs for me, oh wait, they employ Chisnall who backed the Oystons, they can forget it as well. I'll just drive up to the grounds and listen outside, but only after I've found a supply of ethically sourced petrol.
Ah bollocks, I've just found out that Honda indirectly helped the Japanese war effort, I'll have to set fire to the car now (using my ethically sourced petrol).
Wait, I'm typing this using Virgin internet who's complicity in the back door privatisation of the NHS I'm massively opposed t.....
Or like that time Mussolini mentioned that getting the trains to run on time might not be that important in the scheme of things...Not to mention sometimes it's good to contradict yourself. You know like if Jeffrey Dahmer said 'you know what actually folks, life is sacred, and murdering/making casserole out of your friends is not the way to go' and somebody at the back of the room shouted 'oh you big ** hypocrite!' I reckon they'd be missing the point a bit.
NO. MAKE THEM RUN.Or like that time Mussolini mentioned that getting the trains to run on time might not be that important in the scheme of things...
Happy to be paid millions by the Glazers though wasn’t he. Said nowt then. Same with that other champagne socialist Sir Alex.

Sorry but I disagreeTalksport is disagreeing for disagreeings sake.
You can hate everything about the moral vacuum and financial abyss that is the FA Premier League and still want your club to be as successful as possible. All those calling Gary Neville a hypocrite on here ...I presume you didn't celebrate when we beat Cardiff at Wembley and I'm sure you boycotted the following season in the greed league?
No? Thought not.
Will that mean-if promoted- you'll be going down, down, deeper and down?... but the powers that be have completely fixed in the odds in favour of the status quo.
You can hate everything about the moral vacuum and financial abyss that is the FA Premier League and still want your club to be as successful as possible.
I'd want us to go and win that League, but the powers that be have completely fixed in the odds in favour of the status quo. Doesn't mean that I don't want to see us try.
But we made a better job competing in the premier league than we did in 70/71 in the old first division. You can hate everything about the moral vacuum and financial abyss that is the FA Premier League and still want your club to be as successful as possible.
