Just happened not in Blackpool on a British holiday and after a week no problems on the last day told to put one on by an owner not wearing a mask.
Wow.

Had a nightmare in Cornwall back in July. Unfortunately I’m not surprised
Even the signs on the doors of every shop insisting you wear a mask has come across a bit strange this week.
I know they think with their own flag they are seperate but really never been stopped!

Just come back from 4 days fishing in Anglesey surprised the place still has restrictions for at least another month.

Wearing of masks still compulsory, pubs only doing seating only and tables have to be booked in advance.

Even our hotel did not have the kitchens open or indeed the bar.

Driest fishing trip we’ve ever had. 🥴

Heading to Oxford next week and staying at the Malmaison Oxford which is the Oxford Prison conversion.
Got some great restaurants booked so hopefully a better experience than Cornwall.
Scotland always seems to be good for service despite the country being full of Scots 😂

If you behave will you get parole?

I cheered when Harry Kane scored last wednesday. The rest of the pub cheered when Poland scored.

The overwhelming majority of people would accept the situation for what it is. I'm sure the business will be fine.
Well im a business man I wouldn’t be. Am I allowed at least that opinion?

Well, come to Cambridge where I would say 90% of people wear make in shops, petrol stations, inside pubs when entering or leaving. I put one on as a matter of course, why is it such a difficult thing to do? If I had a business like a shop etc., I would ask for customers to wear a mask when inside. We have small shops that only allow 2 or 3 customers in still and their customers are happy to wait outside and then put a mask on when they go in.

We’ll come to the North west where literally nobody wears one. Welcome to life outside of the madness.

More deaths now per day than this time last year when we were in various phases of lockdown.

How does walking into a pub wearing a mask help? The pubs aren’t packed , you can’t stand at the bar to drink, you can still in most places still order by app and the tables are socially distanced . I popped into a Wetherspoons this afternoon and was surprised they had screens between all the tables.

That just shows the numbers down here are far less than in Blackpool. We will get a spike here again because of the amount of students coming into the city, which means we should be even more cautious.
I can’t be arsed getting into a COVID argument with you, but there’s more deaths between the 2 areas in your neck of the woods and your obsessed with masks and we’re not. Anyway enjoy your evening.

I wouldn’t have a clue because I don’t bother reading or listening to the latest doom and gloom. Why? Because I’m still doing what I was doing 18 months ago , working from home, socially distancing and not spending more than 15 minutes in the company of strangers but I’ve never done that anyway

Not wore a mask since the restrictions were lifted, not in the shops or the pubs or on a bus or train and why would I? Any shop that has a daft sign saying only two allowed in loses custom!! Simple😃

Yes, it shows that but there have been no deaths for the previous couple of months so look at the numbers of how many have covid and compare against the national average, that one small area you selected is 3 times more for Blackpool than Cambridge. Work out why that might be!!
