Oh it’s an absolute treasure trove tonight of classic Nobber quotes.

If you’d like to post some of your favourites that you find here - it’ll make lovely reading!

I’ll start with this one just posted by one of the deluded ones……

As for Blackpool today. They were a shite, niggly team, aided and abetted by a shite ref and led by a manager with the smuggest, most smackable face I’ve seen in a long time!

Makes it all the better when an entertaining team beats a bore fest and they can’t see/accept it. What a day!
 
Helps that a lot of them stand up. In the return fixture, if someone dared to stand on the town end, they would be swiftly rejected for blocking the view of someone holding their flask and blanket.

Noticed that as well. Wonder if the way they allocated their tickets was the reason they were so quiet?

That was very strange thing to do; I mean really strange.

They had a couple of moments but we're immediately drowned out.

I quite like the fact we are pretty quiet when the game isn't being played and then bang, back up to 100.

Look at the difference between the two sides today. Blackpool don't have better players than us but they all knew their jobs, were well drilled and tactically spot on. North End's tactics wouldn't be out of place in Sunday League, simply hitting the ball over the top every time. There are no patterns of play or combinations between the players at all............... We play like an amateur side. 🥳🤩😎

They brought on a Blackpool reject and a guy who's biggest achievement is shitting on someone's car FFS. Everyone has better players than them.
 
They truly are some of the most deluded fans I’ve ever come across - firstly refusing to give us any credit (we outfootballed them with our injuries and without getting out of second gear)

But STILL they push this narrative that BFC fans are plastic, boycotted only because we were in L2 etc. Are they in denial? Surely they can’t be that stupid.

I’m trying to be balanced but there’s not one thing about their football club I’d swap for ours.

Your wide men look good but don’t think you were good at the back and could be where you slip up and where you end dropping points. If you had the likes of our Bauer and iverson you might even be in with a chance of playoffs.
 
My step dad…a nobber (god bless him) . I text him saying better team won. His response - “Hardly. Your goals were ...a bit strange to say the least if whiteman hadnt missed that sitter you may well have lost. Good team spirit but thats it not much else”

does anyone know when TH's funeral is?
Reason I am asking is that I hope that the 'family' are not just going to say to PR:
We trust you, you are in total control till after Trevor's funeral Get rid of Frankie, he has tried and he is a nice bloke but we are going backwards, bring in who you think is most suited and give them the job, You are in charge now for a couple of weeks, just do what you think is best.

If that was to be the case, I'd rather wait another couple of weeks and let 'the family' sort it out, firstly by getting rid of PR, then giving the manager's/Head Coaches job on on a permanent basis on to someone whilst they sort out a proven/up and coming person that will gel the players and fans and give us some belief back, someone we know will get the job done and move us forward, someone who we as fans can trust who will not be shackled in anyway, financial wise or whatever.

Looks like our 'tame' knobber Norfolk'....(Has he been 'on' yet to congratulate us like he said he would??).....seems he wants Craig to sack off Ridsdale & Agent Frankie and to find someone who...."will not be shackled in anyway, financial wise or whatever"......😅

I thinks this proves most Knobbers are deluded....WHO in their right mind is going to take that job?....and Hemmings (Jr) isnt going to be throwing millions more at the club when they cant even attract 10k fans and are owed £57m

One knobber is saying the club is now up for sale for £17m...🙄.....I'm sure we can start up a 'Go Fund Me' page and make an offer....£40 anyone?

I suppose that goals that actually go in the back of the net as opposed to imaginary goals (that result in the opposition losing instead of winning 2-0) would appear strange to a team that doesn't score actual goals.

Iverson looked no great shakes. Prefer Maxwell. Bauer? Is he better than Marv? I didn't really see anyone who I thought would improve us on the evidence of that one game. But let's face it, the main difference is not the individual players, it's Critchley, Sadler, the fans and the momentum. They've not got any of that, and actually these things matter more than players. Keogh wouldn't have played regularly for any other Championship side this season. With Critch in charge, he's getting better game by game.

With Hemmings passing away, does this mean they are in the same situation that Rovers were in after Walker died? Will the family want to sell the club?

FFS I'm splitting my sides. We're already level with 5th place on points, even WITHOUT Bauer and Iverson (who?)
We're managing quite nicely thanks, the nobbers can keep their deadlegs, we've got Maxi, Grimmy, Big Ek, Uncle Richard etc, I wouldn't swap 'em for all the butter pies in nobberville 🧡
