Hope they win. I do have to laugh at some of the stuff being written though. According to BBC Ellen White is targetting Wayne Rooneys record of 53 goals. Mens game and womens game are two separate entities. The record books aren't going to replace Rooney if White surpasses his total.

Especially when there is a massive gap between a paid professional team and other nations who rock up and get beat 20-0 that doesn't happen in men's games.
 
I'm just waiting for the close up of assistant referee Manuela 😍😍 worth the entrance fee just to watch her running the line.

They're not being given any time on the ball tonight so they can't get into space like they have in the previous games. Spain are the better side and very physical. Kemp is struggling against the right back.
 
Not a bad game to watch 👍but to compare it with the standard of the Men‘s game (as the commentators and pundits are desperate to do ) is just silly. It’s the same sport and rules but a totally different spectacle and a lesser spectacle in terms of speed, strength, power and pace…….and that is honestly not a criticism….just natural differences

Good summary Blood. Too many attempts to draw comparisons such as the White/Rooney stat. Same sport different game and defo none the worse for that.
