Many times I thought it towards the end of AppleCockhead's tenure but this now is at another level.

Is it just pure arrogance by 🦖 or has he lost the plot so badly that he sees something good that we don't?
It just feels like he must hate us deep down and is just paying lip service in his interviews when really he couldn't give a shit.
We have had the players to win at least 2 of those last 3 but we have chosen to defend which in my view it's just rolling over for our opposition.
If Simon won't come to his senses and get shot tomorrow morning I fear we are doomed if he can't/won't change this tactical nightmare he has chosen.

It does make you wonder!

Instead of waving the white flag from kick off why can’t our managerial appointments actually try to win a football match from the start?? It beggars belief.

In answer to your thread title, yes it is deliberate. If you read the article from his time a Ipswich, he is bloody minded when it comes to fan’s opinion. He said he doesn’t play players because fans want him to, he plays who he wants and f*** them if they don’t like it. So it’s not so much he can’t change this tactical nightmare, just that he won’t.

That's the nail on the head really.
It appears these types of people are so entrenched they would rather lose (job included) with their game plan rather than submit to fans' opinions on the best team to play.

We don't have their coaching badges but what we do have is full knowledge of all that's gone wrong and still going wrong.
If Mr Sadler is not pissed off and worried at 2 pm and 6:45 pm when the teams have been announced almost all season then there is something seriously amiss upstairs.

MM, I was a fan at first but with the 3rd team selection, you made you lost me as you clearly can't see the wood for the trees.
It gets worse because you could look back and see what the main problem has been all season and you still balls up tonight like it's the 1st game in charge!
