I’ve just changed my mobile, and can no longer get the BFC app, yet I’ve got it on my iPad. The phone says it’s not available in my country or region. I can still get on eticketing through safari. Any techies on here who can help? Thanks
 
They need to sort out videos on the app as when on full screen it cuts off a part of the video and the progress bar.
 
Check your country or region.
Try turning off wifi and install using mobile data, or the other way round.
Already confirmed that the phone is set to UK. Good idea re. the WiFi. Unfortunately it made no difference running of mobile data. I’ll speak to someone in the shop to see if they can help. Thanks
