Will you renew if critchley ????

So how many who have season tickets this season will renew if critchley is still in charge next season and we are still in league 1

Of course. Not sure a real fan would walk away after a slightly disappointing season.

Even the Critchley out brigade have to realise he‘s got to get promotion next season or else it’s a failure in the owners eyes - so surely it’s win win for them as it’s either success or Critchley getting potted

Our currant season ticket sales has always been in a precarious position. We have the fair weather fans on board at the moment but plenty of them won’t bother next season if they feel we won’t challenge.

I will be renewing no matter what, but my daughter won't be. In here words, I'd rather spend the day doing something with mum than being bored out of my mind. She has said she would want a season ticket again if Critchley isn't manager.
That’s a shame your daughter feels that way but can’t blame her really.
I’m not even asking my lad I’m just buying it and he can come 🤣 I’m hoping he will appreciate the good times all the more after seeing this crap.

As exiles, who takes our 6 year old grandson to selected Saturday games (weather & his parents commitments permitting), season tickets are no longer viable. We don't like our style of play 2nd time round under NC, but him remaining as manager won't deter us from attending.
Being hypothetical & answering the question posed, - if we were still ST holders, we would renew despite NC being manager (we do hope he isn't! though).

Didn't renew this season once I knew who would be manager I had a feeling what it would be like once Sadler took Critchley back. For me nothing has changed so NO i won'r be buying a season ticket if Critchley is stiill manager. Once you stop going you realise that there is more to life than paying to watch a load of shite.

* Replace Grandson for son and daughter
and his parents commitments for my kids commitments and you’ve typed pretty much what I was going to write 👍🏻

Can you please tell me how one can join your "the Critchley out brigade"?
Just asking for a few thousand fellow Seasiders 😂 🧡

You don’t need to buy a ST to be a fan. Having a ST does not make us better fans. We have fans that simply cannot afford to buy a ST.

Lots of variables and it’s obvious that the older generation will most likely continue to buy, because they might meet up with friends and have a drink perhaps. That might account for many on here. Sadly, we saw that during NAPM.

Younger fans have a lot of other things they can be doing. Then you have the very many ST holders that travel from afar at great expense.

The sad thing is, we’ve grown our younger fanbase and we were on a high after SS took over. It is unarguable that the bubble burst this season, due to the style of play.

Even after last season, fans turned up in great numbers, so it’s not about success / promotion. I don’t see us maintaining that under NC, due to his brand of football.

I go to watch the team, not the manager.
Very admirable, however, if the manager keeps churning out shite tactics and formations does that not affect your enjoyment of watching the team?

It's a bit like saying I've always bought fords.
But the last one you got the engine kept having to go in to be looked at, the breaks were dodgy as and it kept 'crabbing' into oncoming traffic.
Never mind all that, I've always bought fords🙄

Great 1st paragraph, you just missed out.......or want a season ticket👍🏻

I've been going since 65, first game beating West Ham 4-2 at home.
Been through the ups, downs and somewhere in betweens.
Never lose sleep over defeats like I used to, I probably care less than I used to.
I don't mind losing but I'm not sure I can stomach another season of watching this style of football.
So probably a yes, when push comes to shove!!

I'm going tbh with this. If we can bring some quality signings to this team so we have a realistic chance of promotion then I purchase a season ticket. Big season for Critch next season. Promotion or potted was basically the words of Sadler in what he said in February

I'd much prefer if Critchley was no longer here & live in the hope he'll be long gone & we'll have my dream team of Evo in charge with the assistance of Thommo & Dobs running the show between them by next season!
but even though i've said to myself enough's enough countless times this season, my heart will win out & i'll renew whether or not the one dimensional boring tw@t is still in charge!

So you're a ST holder for every team bar Blackpool...

Mad.
I'm fake as they come, already renewed for

Been to most home games this season but enough is enough now. Will now be a Firestick Fanny for home games too including next season. My decision was completely justified watching the horror show on Saturday.
Wasn’t exactly a horror show

So what some of our fans are saying is they ain't getting a ST because our away form is so bloody shite.
That's a tough sell for any club!Screenshot_20240403-164404-792.png

I couldn't get a season ticket this season because of my health. I'm on the fence right now about getting one next season. If Critchley is still manger then I probably won't, I'll just pick and choose which games to go to. Also the price will be a factor if the rumoured increased does come in.

lol. Good reference.

My ST doesn’t give me away games though?
You do realise that the fact we have won so many home games makes being 9th in the table even shitter. This squad is actually quite decent and the quality shines through at home because teams sit back and we have more of the ball. However, away from home, when the manager is required to use other skills as you can't fully depend on quality, is where it goes bent.

People who go on about our home record as some kind of justification for keeping Critchley are not seeing the bigger picture.

Next season our home record will be similar to our away record with an inevitable relegation battle. Who can be arsed with that.

The owners choice of manager would not be my deciding factor, whatever my opinion of him (I’m currently on the fence as to getting rid or giving him 10/15 games next season to show he can learn from his mistakes).
But having said that, the last two seasons have been a real slog. I don’t go only for the football, I accept the ups and downs, but the standard (especially under Dino Mick) has made it really hard work. I just cba on Monday, and am not sure I’ll go again this season, despite having a ST.
I’ll probably get one if the same group of mates do, but expect to attend maybe two thirds of the games.
