Where's everyone off to then? Off to Bali in 2 weeks (and so the fact we didn't get to the Play Offs was a huge relief!). Third time there.
 
When your retired life's one long holiday.

Just done a 5 mile stretch of the coastal path around Ravenglass having lunch now in the Ratty arms Wainwright on draught the sun is out what more could you wish for? 🤷‍♂️
 
Heading to Canada for the first time - usual tourist places. Always fancied living there and so who know where it might lead!

You need to give yourself something to look forward too... 😉

Every credit to you. Enjoy it as much as possible, whether it's long-haul or a night away in the next town.
 
Kos June. Villa with massive pool. Wouldn't normally go back somewhere but it was ace last year. Watching the Mrs swim and her personal trainer walking alongside was pretty cool. Should say her PT was a White Wagtail who would march up and down the side of the pool level with her. Of course it was looking for insects from the water runoff, but it was funny.

Family out too. Can't wait.

Then somewhere in September for a week. Don't know where yet.
 
Crete 10 weeks today and then somewhere hot. . . again in September. Anywhere to get away from this crap weather
 
Just had 3 nights in Masham . Black Sheep Brewery and Theakstons Brewery was brilliant can recomend it to anyone back there again in Nov
 
Did a week skiing in Austria at New Year and a European cruise in Feb, plus Lakes at Easter
Lake Garda this month
Med cruise in August
Lakes in August
European cruise in October
Lakes at Xmas
Skiing in Italy in Feb 25
Baltic Cruise in May 25
Paying for it all .....the next few years....

You should book a meal at Avanti & dogs are allowed downstairs. We’re there again tomorrow night. Doesn’t look anything from the outside but a bit like the Tardis. 👍

Had our joint big 60th birthday holiday earlier this year.
Australia, Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong. 👍🏻
Got our 40th wedding anniversary holiday to Santorini in September.
Will probably fit in a couple of weekends away too
 
Barbados last Dec for cricket
Marrakesh over NY unfortunately cancelled due to bereavement
Estepona in Feb
Back to Barbados for Easter
Italy tour end of this month - Bologna Assisi Montepulacio and Florence
Then Porto with mates during euros
Next six months still to sort
Fancy Alps / French road trip and maybe Spain for footy weekend
 
Kendal Calling weekend in August.
4 nights in Benidorm with the lads early October.
1 night in Beni on my own when they go back.
Mrs joins me there for 8 more nights.
I'm gonna be broken...!
 
Going to Gozo in late June with our daughter, her partner and our 4 year old granddaughter who has never been out of the country before. As we are cost sharing we've booked a large villa with its own pool for a week. ☀️
 
Krakow in June
Seriously considering Benidorm in September as I have never been there - good weather and appears popular on here

No but I’ve seen dogs in there. Pretty much most places allow them in apart from the Indian where they must make enough money to be able to afford to turn people away or they could end up on the menu 😬. Off to the Pheasant Inn at Casterton soon for an excellent Sunday lunch. With the dogs (allowed in the bar area)
 
On Cruise right now from Miami to Lisbon via New York and Bermuda.
4 days in Lisbon from tomorrow.

3 days booked in Lytham for Festival.
Scandinavia rail trip from Oslo to Helsinki via Arctic Circle.
Highlight though is a Weekend in Caravan at Rhyl. Cannot wait!
In November a 4 week Cruise down to Cape Town calling at many interesting places.

Portugal (Albuferia) for a week, end of this month. Tried to buy a BFC beach towel but the club shop has sold out🥲
 
Just been to Side in Turkey for a week.

Looking at 4 nights away in September, possibly somewhere like Prague or Athens but still doing a bit of homework.

I know a lot of people on here will have been to Riga, is it worth a visit?
