I find that overall the staff in the ticket office lack the skill helpfulness and charisma that other clubs have. I have regularly spoken to other clubs and in my opinion they are certainly more helpful and professional than ours.

Can anyone confirm that the new season has got reduced prices for under 18s etc whereas previously all tickets were the same price? If this is the case why is there no reduction for over 65s as there is in all other blocks.
