Is it not Critchleys 3 at the back that is making these lads look so poor. The centre half is generally a big strong unit, good in the air and often lacks pace. They do what they are good at. Critchleys then decides to play centre halves as full backs in a 3 at the back formation and we wonder...

I dont get this Norburn dislike. He puts himself about and wins a lot of the ball. He plays good passes , tries to get forward and I thought he had a good game today. I did think that he noticeably tired in the second which is presumably why he was substituted.
