Booked a lot for work last time round (work in Bamber bridge) they probably cancelled 70% of said booked trains. I just got on the next ones but massively unreliable and a lot of staff treat you like shit. Recent experiance we got stuck in Preston as there was no driver, when I got off the train the guy checking tickets tried to bollock me for not staying on the train till my destination. Really Shite customer service and appear to cancel trains all the time

Same here have had trains cancelled or late ,I always claim back free tickets instead of the cash .last time on this deal me and my mrs train was cancelled so claimed free tickets we got four return passes for anywhere on Northern network.

Wife has money and vouchers burning a hole in her pockets so we're off to the sales in Manc next week for £4 each and Leeds later in the month for the same price.
