According to Alan Nixon. Crewe want £1m. We’re also interested in Matty Longstaff on loan (Sheff Utd, Blackburn & Hudds also interested)
Another midget strikerNever heard of him where does he play ,position that is .
In midfield we are struggling to put out what we need, hence James covering in there already this season. Stewart and Virtue out, now Ward. It's an area we need to strengthen IMO. If Dougall got injured now we'd be well knackered. To be honest we are awash with midfielders. We need to prioritise the Right back slot so that Connolly can either play or cover centre half and Husband can get back to left back releasing Garbutt further up the pitch. Too many square pegs in defence at the moment !
agree, Carey looks a very slick player who deserves a chance. We’ve also got the very impressive Carey, who NC seems to have forgotten about. Might see him in the Cup, but what about the league?
His highlights reel was just as impressive.
23 goals in 149 appearances, hardly prolific, as has been said above do we need him? If price reasonable may be ok, but 1 mill no thanks. We should as many others have said sort out a right back first. No matter what Critchley says about Connolly, whilst doing his best and a reasonable job. He is definitely not a RB. Priorities please. This lad can certainly finish

If he was prolific Crewe would be asking for more than £1m, they’re not cheep you know prolific strikers !23 goals in 149 appearances, hardly prolific, as has been said above do we need him? Matty Longstaff is a grafting creative midfielder who would be an asset to us. Hopefully Sean will convince him to come to us rather than The Blades.According to Alan Nixon. Crewe want £1m. We’re also interested in Matty Longstaff on loan (Sheff Utd, Blackburn & Hudds also interested)

I would rather spend the money on him than Dale.Matty Longstaff is a grafting creative midfielder who would be an asset to us. Hopefully Sean will convince him to come to us rather than The Blades.
It appears that whoever is prepared to pay the biggest % of his wages will be successful.
Investment? We develop him further and sell him on for good money , makes sense to me,If not prolific, and not a RB, why would we need him?
So all other signings on hold til a RB signs on the dotted line?He looked just as impressive in his cup and pre season appearances. Puzzling.
Long staff is only available on loan and we need midfield enforcements.I would rather spend the money on him than Dale.
A rather insulting remark!Another midget striker
We have Mitchell, Bowler and CJ in that position, how on earth do we need to fill it?Transfermarket describes Dale as a right winger. That is a position we need to fill, IMO.
Owen Dale - Player profile 23/24
Owen Dale, 25, from England ➤ Blackpool FC, since 2021 ➤ Attack ➤ Market value: €425k ➤ * Nov 1, 1998 in Warrington, Englandwww.transfermarkt.co.uk
We love a number 19.Looks like he prefers to play out on the Right Wing, but can play anywhere across the forward line, in that highlight video he seems two footed, with some nice finished from the right wing with his left foot.
At 22, I think he could be decent.
This graphic from a Rovers fan is also very informative, the lad has a high work rate, which might be why Critch fancies him.
Loans are better than nothing, a purchase would of course be better still.Long staff is only available on loan and we need midfield enforcements.
I am not saying that, I’m saying priority is a RB. Most urgent should be first consideration. So all other signings on hold til a RB signs on the dotted line?
Possibly, but we can’t just keep filling the squad with prospects. We need one or two who can slot straight in.Investment? We develop him further and sell him on for good money , makes sense to me,
Give them Lubala on loan for the seasonCould always sweeten the deal with a decent sell on percentage for them. (Hoping that there’s cash left for Gabriel & Simms!!)
Not really.A rather insulting remark!
Spot the common denominator. The three you mentioned are all lefties. Dale is a rightie which is what we are short of.We have Mitchell, Bowler and CJ in that position, how on earth do we need to fill it?
We will be working on various things and timing is not entirely in the club's hands.I am not saying that, I’m saying priority is a RB. Most urgent should be first consideration.
