Maybe it's the fear of failing has crippled him? It just seems odd that he's so wedded to a system that has failed repeatedly. How many times has his system and tactics led to us barely laying a glove on the opposition?! He needs a rebirth of Holloway proportions, not to mention the summer of all summers when it comes to recruitment.
