1 we all unite behind simon sadler and critchley
2 we sign a big goalkeeper to give real competition to grimshaw
3 we sign at least 3 tall players cf cb plus another
4 we name the new east stand in billy eyres memory
5 we bring in good coaching support for critchley dont believe it needs to be experienced more up and coming like keith southern or charlie adam
6 better communication from club as a starter weekly update on season ticket sales
7 as a goodwill gesture provide free transport for all season ticket holders to say wigan game
8 get even more community involved as an example bring back half time draw but each game have different local charity running it and benefiting from it
9 arrange at least one pre season game abroad for us to visit
10 arrange an event to honour all our promotion teams of the last 34 years

You missed out pace..we need more speed throughout the team
 
A good pre season camp, covered well by the club so we can all get excited.

That we start fast, there’s no reason we cannot be at it from game 1. Critch knows these players, they know him and how he wants to play so there’s no real transition period like with a new manager.

There’s a few problems to solve like losing Madine and replacing the creative players, which might take some bedding in but the core of the team should be good to go.
 
I only have 1 wish:

We end the season with more points than anyone else!

The rest is sauce/gravy (though I am partial to some of that too!)
 
OK ..

1. Bring in a proper Captain
2. Stable back four
3. Creative Midfielder
4. Goal scoring Midfielder
5. New striker with height
6. Set piece taker
7. Some who can take throw ins
8. Decent referees
9. Player comes through academy
10. No manager dramas!
