HE WAS THE REAL STAN MORTENSEN TODAY It was not until the last minute that Blackpool won at home for only the second time this year. A team shuffled almost out of recognition in the last 15 minutes hammered Chelsea nearly to a standstill.
Stanley Mortensen, resembling again at last the forward of a year ago, shot his first league goals for nearly two months to win this match, and all the time was the forward of the game, aggressive and as fast as ever.
