It was well documented that when we radically changed the Development squad structure that the objective was to have 5 players from that structure regularly playing or in the first team match squad by the 2025 season.

It would appear based on the current position we are struggling to achieve that plan.

Is it because the potential isn’t there ? Or is it because our Head Coach is trying to preserve his position and has not got the corsage to give any younger players the opportunity?

I'd say it's cos the talent isn't there. If they are good enough they would play. They shouldnt need a quota system to get them minutes, that's doing a disservice to them and us as a team

I don't think a corsage would suit him. It depends on the dress really.
