Very good effort be disappointed if we don’t reach 8k
Well corporate I think is about 800 capacity.... youd expect that to be fairly popular.

Match day sales as lots probably can't get to all games or maybe afford a st.

Plus more st sales themselves.

10k home fans the goal whether st or whatever. If we get that then the east has to open....

Seats gone on the planner as of a couple hours ago....

Not even past payday yet within early bird time...

Looking very promising.
I don't think thats great. Its just ok. Disappointing really. I'd expect the spectre of COVID will still put a few off. 10000 should easily be achieved but its looking well short right now.

You cannot please some folk

We are still in mid June and sold nearly 8K ( including hospitality).
I think it is brilliant and could well make 10K on the big day.

Do they include ST holders who’ve changed seats such as me. I spoke to someone at the ticket office today & whilst they wouldn’t disclose how many they’d sold, it’s definitely more than 4K & they did suggest there should be a few sellouts. So looking very positive.

Season ticket sales usually make up 60-65% of your attendance so these sales are very encouraging. There was a list put on here the other day with historic season ticket sales and a club as big as Sheffield United only had 12,000 ST's at this level.

Remember they aren't fully confirmed yet but I see no logical reason the 4k from last season won't renew, the vast majority will.

Also it doesn't include hospitality, which will definitely have decent numbers and I think it holds around 800.

Someone on here said once they changed seats their old seats turned blue, so it's not like the seats are showing greyed out for people twice.

Yeah exactly also in Blackpool its probably near the highest seasonal, weekend work etc and also exiles.

So we usually always have a lot who will go the ticket route and buy on the day etc.

It may be that on the day sales are slightly less because more have season tickets, but its certainly looking pretty healthy.

I spoke to someone at the club today to confirm release of our four STs in the West as we've moved to the North. He felt sales were going very nicely and that, despite the Covid uncertainty, they'll pick up again soon with paydays approaching 🏝️ 👍

Great that you took the time to work it out JJ - just an update though, 2 people in block h in the south stand renewed online 10 minutes ago so it’s 7241, I’ll keep you updated on any other renewals, seriously though it’s good to get an idea of potential sales thanks for the effort

Its looking at 9000 plus as people leave until the end of the June for the early bird and there is always quite a few who leave until just before the season starts.

Is the figure quoted in the OP true ? If so that’s an excellent effort so early, hopefully get around 10,000 every home game with away fans present.

I would hope for a bigger average than that.

If we are close to 7500 already, add another 800 for corporate and 2000 away fans and we are already upto 10300. That's excluding season tickets between now and August and POTG. I think we'll be looking at an average around 13000.

And some don’t get paid till the end of the month

Course it is i counted it, but remember they aren't official yet but no reason imo why 99% of the 4k from last season dont renew.

My guess is that around 10% will not renew. Must be a fair few who have passed away or too sick to attend. Several moved away or thinking of emigrating and career changes limiting games.

400 of those 4000 seems way too much to have moved away or die etc in a couple of months.

Nice to see someone is continuing my seat-counting initiative of the dog-days of the Oyston regime. Though in this case, to encourage supporters to buy rather than offering hope and encouragement to the NAPM boycotters.
