Some Blackpool fans were left panicking at the weekend over the future of Dougall, following a post from what appears to be a bot account on X- suggesting the 30-year-old could be on the move.
"They’re just rumours so I’m not going to speculate on things like that,” Critchley added.
"Kenny is here and he’s with us, so we’ll just carry on.”

He used to live in my building in Deansgate Square (Manchester), but has since moved into somewhere else

Makes a lot of sense from a personal point of view.

It's easier for wives/gfs to get a job there than here, and when their time here comes to an end there are a lot of clubs within commutable distance in Manchester, so they can change clubs without having to totally reset their lives.

Twater rumours always send some fans into a panic. 99% of it is bollocks, but you do get the occasional decent account that gives info. This particular account was obviously a bullshit account right from the start though, anyone that believed thay needs their heads testing. It has 3 followers and a handful of posts. I dont know how people get sucked into that.

Not entirlely true. He did live in Lytham as someone else has said.
Just to add a bit more rumour to the mill Mrs Dougall said a little while ago that this was likely to be the only Christmas they would spend in their current house.
