Exactly who is on our 'transfer committee'? How are they qualified to judge League One players, and how much of a say does Critchley get in the players we sign?
What responsibilities do the staff on the football side of the business have and to whom are they answerable?
Who decided it would be good idea to have a rookie number two to support our rookie number one? AKA who appointed Garrity as Assistant?
Was an experienced assistant considered to help Critchley? If not, why?
What do Ben Mansford and Tommy Johnson do on a day-to-day basis that justifies their positions at a league one club?
I get the feeling that Mansford (as our self-styled Director of Football) and Tommy Johnson (as our recruitment guru) are getting a very easy ride at the moment and seem quite happy to hide behind Critchley. Come out and talk to the fans, via The Gazette, the podcasts or Lee Charles.
