Just come up with a scenario, January transfer deadline is fast approaching but you can pick just 1 Blackpool player,
that have played for Blackpool in the past dead or alive to add to the squad.
Who would it be ?

Could be anyone from Matthew’s to Mortenson, Armfield
Or Ball, Charlie Adam or Tricky Trev or
Andy Morrison.
Which player would get us the promotion?

none,one player doesn’t make a team,sadler needs to at least bring two qaulity players in before the window closes,two players on contracts not loan players.
 
Gary Briggs. Honestly, the bloke should have gone to jail for what he did to some strikers. I bet he was terrifying to be up against.
 
If they're hypothetically the calibre they were in their prime, ignoring the "would they cut it in today's game" hypothetical, then it has to be Stanley Matthews.

One of the best players in the world in his day and ever, he'd singlehandedly get us promoted from League One. Legitimately like if we signed Mbappe.

Not sure if he'd fit in Critch's system actually..

My serious answer is Paul Dickov :)
 
Charlie's the best in my supporting time, pure magic at times and would destroy League One.

Ask my Dad and he'd have said Tony Green.
