AFC Blackpool broken into

Overnight local amateur side AFC Blackpool were broken into by vandals. Doors smashed, changing rooms wrecked, bar damaged etc .

They were good to us during the boycott and I wonder if our fans can help them fundraise a few quid to repair and replace the damaged clubhouse.

3, they put new security in last time and it's been quiet for over a year. This time it was dickhead teenagers at 3am who kicked doors through and went on the rampage. Unfortunately they can't afford extra cameras so are relying on motion sensors, lights and basic cameras.
 
Would be great if there was some business that could help the Mechs with fitting better quality security with cameras, sensors or whatever is needed.

The site itself isn't as secure as it could be too which is a shame.

Sadly it is all too common in non-League football. There are clubs who have been devastated by consistent vandalism.
 
£765 now! I realise it's a big stretch but it would be fantastic if it could get to £1,000. Wonder if the Gazette could be contacted to see if they could cover the story?

The local community has rallied round after AFC Blackpool's Jepson Way ground was broken into and vandalised again.

Yes Bispham it's gone better than I hoped. Waiting for a message back from BFC about donating something to raffle off which will hopefully get us to that magic number.
