We did play poor and I don’t think anyone on the pitch played well but I’m glad it come in the cup that we had very little chance of winning than in the league.
We do have some players who aren’t quite upto the standard of the Championship but we have probably the strongest squad I have ever known us have. We just need to buy well and keep moving forward.
Do we know if we asked Cardiff how much they want for Wintle ? We need midfielders asap if we can’t afford Wintle, I would like Fuchs and possibly Brannigan (Critch obviously rates him).
I hope Keshi isn’t out for long but the way he was moving it looked bad. Maybe a loan for a left winger till the end of the season, a type of player we have no chance of buying that would make other teams question why he came to little Blackpool.
I still think our strikers have enough quality we just need cover for Madine or if we find somebody who is better than Madine (The second coming) Gaz can be cover for him.
Let’s forget yesterday and look forward and if you can’t look forward look a bit further back than yesterday and realise how far we have come in a couple of years.
