yes big chance missed for 3pts
Hull will be going down with the derby
I still think we need 3 players
Centre half
Centre mid
Centre forward
We need another experience centre half for better cover over the season

At times even against a very poor hull team we still didn’t dominate the midfield we need a more creative dynamic centre mid

Unfortunately madine is not good enough, his touch movement lack of pace was well below championship standards last night

get these players and we should be comfortable mid table team

Madine doesn’t do it for me. We change our style of play and lump everything forward which isn’t what we’re good at. We’re better when we keep the ball down and use our pace and skill to press the opposition. With Madine we sit too deep and invite pressure on us as he doesn’t hold the ball up well enough. Jerry and Lavers should be our front 2

Harsh, it was his first start in a long time, we were actually much more effective in the 1st half. I agree to a certain extent about our style of play but in those conditions, I feel it was the right call. Lavery and Yates as a combination just doesn't look right to me as they often look for the same space.

There are plenty of varying opinions on the OP of last nights game. Personally, I thought we played poorly as we failed to retain the ball, our passing was poor, we didn't create enough chances, we failed to close the game down against 10 men and in the end Max saved us from defeat. At the end, a draw was a good result. We must improve in all areas on Saturday against Rovers.
Even Critch was angry & that's a first for him (that's a great response from him) as he responded to the result by saying:

"When they go down to ten men, we should see it out and go on and win the game, but we didn't. We've only got ourselves to blame for that. Our decision making was diabolical in the final third at times, as we had numerous opportunities to finish that game off.

"We've got to keep the ball better, we've got to make better choices. If we want to do better in this league, then we've got to win this game. Hull were there for the taking and we let them off the hook tonight. It's two points dropped."
