As soon as my mate text me last year to say “Critchley’s gone” I thought fuck, what the hell is going on here?

I worry about the total lack of ambition that this current owner is showing, along with his obvious lack of understanding on how to run a football club and his disastrous appointments on the board and consequently the management.

The small club mentality shown is a massive factor and I worry that we could be on the brink of another 30 years in the wilderness.

Where are these mythical new builds you talk of?
I look at the east and it looks the same.
I see no new training ground.
All this in spite of price increases to pay for them...

The training ground as it was first promised will not happen. It will be a very scaled down version , the rest of the land will be sold for houses.

I wouldn’t mind this too much as long as the money from land sale was invested in the squad.
