Passed through Istanbul Airport a couple of times this last week. What an incredible place, tons of shops, restaurants etc, easy to transit despite being huge. A fantastic airport.
And as for the business lounge, wow.

It’s defo a good airport and with the golf simulators in the Turkish Airlines Business lounge it is an experience.

The best airport for me is still Changi as it has everything - including an outdoor swimming pool airside.

A honorary mention for Doha as well.

Doha is decent fo sho

I’ve got to say I quite like both the big London airports

Lisbon is hectic and pretty shit

São Paulo Guarulhos hectic but has v good lounges

São Paulo Congonhas is a hectic runway in the middle of the city😱

Flying into Rio is spectacular and landing at Santos Dumont is also pretty exhilarating

Lyon is great 60’s throwback when the jet set where cool as fuck😎

KL International is my fav.

The new Istanbul Airport is very impressive but is too large as a single terminal building in my opinion; it takes too long from landing, to taxiing and actually docking at the gate. Also, it is quite a way from the city and the transport links need improving.

last time i was in istambul, i was picked up at the gate in one of the little cars it still took 15 minutes to get to the immigration kiosks, just way too big. The business class lounge is great and massive, but still too small to deal with heavy traffic at times.

JFK is a nightmare if changing flights.
Took me nearly 3 hours to check out then go through process again for internal flight.
Hell of a walk too!

Dubai and Singapore my favourites. Terminal 5 at Heathrow is good.

Honourable mention for Liverpool, not a big airport I know but very easy to use and the staff are friendly not like Manchester.

Agreed.
No brand new Terminal should expect you to negotiate up and down stairs with hand luggage, when walking to and from the gate.
Manchester Ripoff/Shithole Port
Or arriving at Terminal 1, it often involves, arriving at a non descript door just off the apron, then involving several flights of stairs, in what could be best described as the tradesman's entrance, followed by a half mile trek to the shittiest/rudest passport/immigration, then down to a 3rd world airport baggage reclaim, before having your arse smacked when paying £10 to be picked up from arrivals by car.... Wankers!!!
