I doubt Harry has engaged the 'lawyer' that Owen used to be fair.Just noticed that our favourite barrister is acting for the mirror group v Prince Harry.
Hard luck H.
Few issues there...I really hope that AG takes Harry apart in his cross examination and puts him back in his Woke, hard done me box. Used to like him, but he has changed beyond all recognition now
Just read the bbc report…KC Andrew Green is questioning Harry….referenced by a person who Green had previously represented as a “ Beast in court”…Good luck HarryReading the up to the minute court reports is just like having our very own Robbie sat there.
Having sat through most of AG’s dissection of the Oystons’ witness statements I feel i can almost hear Harry resorting to ‘I don’t recall’
What issues are thinking?Few issues there...
A common trope until folk need one…“The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers”
Dick the Butcher to Jack Cade in Act IV, Scene II of William Shakespeare’s Henry VI, Part II.
I really hope that AG takes Harry apart in his cross examination and puts him back in his Woke, hard done me box. Used to like him, but he has changed beyond all recognition now
I would imagine that Andrew Green will make Harry look like an idiot. However, the judge will be part of the establishment and it will be like that old Peter Cook sketch in secret policeman ball and Harry will win.
Not so sure; Andrew Green has a reputation for handling judges as well as opposition barristers.I would imagine that Andrew Green will make Harry look like an idiot. However, the judge will be part of the establishment and it will be like that old Peter Cook sketch in secret policeman ball and Harry will win.
I doubt Harry would have anything whatsoever to do with anyone who has even the slightest whiff of the poisonous clan about them. Unless he was thinking of becoming a barge-pole tester at some point in future...I doubt Harry has engaged the 'lawyer' that Owen used to be fair.
If there weren’t any lawyers no one would need one?A common trope until folk need one…
He did arrive to court in a CorsaI doubt Harry has engaged the 'lawyer' that Owen used to be fair.
He's a lawyer paid to represent people. When he represented Belokon v Oyston he was firmly on the side of justice. This time, he isn't. That's how it works. You work for whoever pays you right or wrong! Not following the case but did see on the news Green ask Harry if he would be disappointed or relieved if the Mirror group is found guilty of hacking. Harry said disappointed because of the injustice, and Green countered "so you want your phone hacked?" It seems in the time between the Belokon case and now Andrew Green has managed to forget what the entire concept of justice is.
Yes I'm aware of that, I just thought it was a highly ridiculous point he was poorly attempting to make. He's a lawyer paid to represent people. When he represented Belokon v Oyston he was firmly on the side of justice. This time, he isn't. That's how it works. You work for whoever pays you right or wrong!
If he said that then he seems to be struggling with his brief. He knows what justice is.Yes I'm aware of that, I just thought it was a highly ridiculous point he was poorly attempting to make.
The influence of one certain personI really hope that AG takes Harry apart in his cross examination and puts him back in his Woke, hard done me box. Used to like him, but he has changed beyond all recognition now
