I don't know if it's been mentioned on here previously but Andy's Man Club recently started a group in Blackpool.
For those that don't know, Andy's Man Club is a safe and supportive environment for men to talk. It's so easy to bottle things up, but doing so can have a horrible impact on both mental and physical health. So having somewhere like AMC can be really important to those that need it.
The group meet at The Grange on Dinmore Avenue every Monday (excluding bank holidays) at 19:00. It's free to call in and I'm sure a warm welcome will be there for anyone wanting to call in.
Apologies if I've not posted this in the correct section, but I wanted to get as many eyes on the post as possible as mens mental health is a subject really important to me.
