Andy Hodgen, fitness guy, going back to Tranmere. Very good at what he does and will be a big loss to the club. Good luck Andy.

I'm not saying he isn't or that he won't be, but people who excel at what they do tend to move forwards, rather than backwards?Andy Hodgen, fitness guy, going back to Tranmere. Very good at what he does and will be a big loss to the club. Good luck Andy.
He’s a good pal of Ian, having worked with him at both Tranmere and Shrewsbury.Maybe he's a mate of Ian Dawes [ ex-BFC] who's got the Tranmere job.
Fair point but is very well liked at both Tranmere and Shrewsbury by the fans, which to me speaks volumes. Very passionate about what he does.I'm not saying he isn't or that he won't be, but people who excel at what they do tend to move forwards, rather than backwards?

Unfortunately for us, we haven’t had him long enough to see the impact he could have.
Due to his work. I read when he joined that the Shrewsbury players, whilst he was there, were the fittest they’d been in years. They were sad to see him leave, but left with Mellon. The fitness guy is very well liked by the fans at Tranmere and Shrewsbury ?
Why would he be so popular with fans ?
Too many injuries full stopToo many hamstring injuries
Ah the karl cuts method, why pay them in the summer. We seem to be shedding staff at an alarming rate with no one coming in at the moment, all seems a bit penny pinching again
I think it’s a mixture of Andy being a big pal of Ian Dawes who has just been appointed Tranmere boss and your right the new guy is lined up who wants to bring in his own man. Don’t think it’s penny punching just a natural transition - the football merry go roundGreat lad Andy.
Not sure what’s happened but only a guess that any new Manager coming in will want his own guy and that’s been sorted etc.
Either that or Tranmere are paying more, which I doubt?
If it's that a new guy wants his own guy in, that would suggest it's not Dobbie as manager, as not sure he'd be changing it.I think it’s a mixture of Andy being a big pal of Ian Dawes who has just been appointed Tranmere boss and your right the new guy is lined up who wants to bring in his own man. Hodgen’s Hamstring is now a medical condition recognised by the BMA, a theses is being written about it.Hodgens hamstrings
True, as I’ve said in other threads in my view if it was going to be Dobbie he would have it by now.If it's that a new guy wants his own guy in, that would suggest it's not Dobbie as manager, as not sure he'd be changing it.
Of course it might be nothing to do with that though.
Complained of feeling professionally 'hamstrung' by the old regime's few remaining antiquated facilities.Hodgen’s Hamstring is now a medical condition recognised by the BMA, a theses is being written about it.
