Supposedly Dowden said he couldn’t say what had happened unless he had the name of the supposed offender.

You could read into that he needs to distinguish this supposed offender from the other Tory MPs who have been accused of sexual offences.

Is this her revenge for not getting her gong? She didn’t seem to have any problem being part of it all before, when she was in a position to do something about it. Was the peerage meant to buy her silence? And now, having missed out she’s using these claims to sell her book. It really is a toss up between her and Braverman as to who is the most vile. And that’s before you even get to the alleged rapists themselves. How depressing that this is the calibre of those running our country

Are they serial rapists? Some are sex offenders, some are druggies, some are fiddling their tax. It doesn't really matter. They're criminals.

Fiona Onasanya's name is included in the list twice for some reason, but she was jailed for perverting the course of justice
However Claudia Webbe was not 'jailed' as ttj asserts - according to Wiki she received a suspended sentence that was later reduced to community service.
Devine went to prison in 2011 for dishonesty
Macshane was a financial scandal and he was jailed in 2013
Illsley and Chaytor were expenses cheating in 2011
Davies accused of sexual harrassment and kicked out of Labour party.

None of these are anything like the story in the O/P, where the implication is that the Conservative party have known about and helped to cover up an alleged multiple rapist. It just looks like a weak attempt to deflect from something that is potentially very, very serious.
