Ok as we have a few on here who post for no apparent reason I’m asking if you fancy a wager on who will finish higher, I don’t go on that site as it seems a bit dull when I have done, although I click on links from here sometimes, it seems that on the last one I looked at it was insinuating our recent signings were a bit rubbish- ok that’s an opinion but I’d like to bet we finish above you in the league- £200 - not acting billy big bollocks & that I’ve got £200 to throw away I’m just confident , if any of you fancy it here’s the rules
1 don’t Welsh on it like we used to do when we were 11 years old
2 don’t give the “I’ll donate it to charity bollocks
3 man up & apologies for doubting me
4 if you win which is highly unlikely don’t be sensible- waste it on things like top of the range garden ornaments- that’s what I’ll be doing, I shall get some concrete cherubs with sly smiles on their faces- that way every time I come home after a hard days work it will Cheer me up

I think you're over estimating the general PKE fan if you think they've got £200.

Of course your acting like Billy Big Bollocks, so here’s a counter offer. If your that confident that Blackpool will finish higher than Preston, then put your money where your mouth is. Whoever accepts your challenge, if Preston finish higher than Blackpool you pay £200, if it’s the other way round then you get £20. Or are you all wind and piss !

The thought of taking £200 off a knob end fan is the icing on the cake after us finishing above you.

You're obviously very confident then if you want 10/1. Actually that's probably realistic.
 
I wonder if any bookies will do who finishes highest in Lancs. I’m guessing but odds maybe something like this:
Preston 5/4
Blackburn 6/4
Blackpool 5/2
 
I've got a £5 on us finishing higher with a Knobber at work. It's not about the money but the prestige, as frankly it could be a shilling. 😀

No offers on the bet yet triumph, surely you must know someone who’s up for it
Let’s face it teams that get promoted from league 1 don’t usually do that well do they- it’s an evens bet & the bookmakers will have you down as finishing higher, ask around it’s going to be an amazing season, can’t wait for it to get started and the wager would add a bit more spice to it
 
What's funny is how on this forum we allow various Nobbers, they can even have PNE in their name as shown above.

On PNE-Online they authorise every account that is made, any mention of Blackpool/Tangerine in your name and they deny your account. Boring bastards.

Amazing that PNEISOnline has tagged another thread in and they all creaming their pants going on about PKE being 'Historically' superior and how they don't want us in the Championship.....obviously scared

BUT...none of them are mentioning this bet....even the cocky one's don't mention it...I bet Giro's keeping very quiet

Here's a thought.....2 donation pages raising money..1 Blackpool and 1 PNE...whoever ends up the higher in the league....pays it to a nominated charity in the losers town.....I'd be up for £5 , £10 or £20 to make PKE fans look simple....as if we don't already know that 🙄

PKE fans raise money for a Blackpool charity and we get to laugh at them as their club falls to bits....

Would make this season very interesting and add to the banter as the Knobbers fail to raise £30 between their 3,000 fans and we at the end of the year donate a fair amount to a local charity in Blackpool as PKE bury another coffin in stupid bowler hats.....

Just a thought?

You can’t get much closer than 5 days TOWARDS the end of the season so pm me and I’ll transfer £5 into your account, you do the same & happy days! Obviously that goes some way to the bet actually being payed out either way

That’s what I’m pretty sure is going to happen, I’m one step ahead though, the bets void unless he sorts the bank details out towards the end of the season (his rules not mine)

If he loses just like magic he’ll disappear, if he wins hey presto he’ll appear, well no bank details before or on Friday & he can F off
 
I've got a fiver on us to finish above PNE with a guy at work, It's out of our hands somewhat, all we can do is win on Saturday & hope Middlesbrough draw or beat them. Getting nervous 😬

Funny over the weekend whilst away in the Lakes I bumped into someone & he looked at our dog with his tangerine coat on along with Bfc lead & he said oh no you're not a Blackpool fan 😂 yes he was a PNE fan. We ended up nattering for over an hour & he even took a photo of the dog to show his son, who apparently hates us. Diplomacy at it's best I'd say, as we & the wives all got on famously. That's exactly how it should be of course.

This guy Pringle is an absolute disgrace if he doesn't pop his head above the parapet before kick off.
Ok, if he's died or a loved one has, etc etc, but I'm sure if he pm'd you he'd get an understanding response.
It's still up for grabs, but he should at least be getting in touch with you before kick off today, anything less than that is totally and utterly pathetic and it'll be worse if he rocks up afterwards IF he wins the bet!!!!
 
I’ve got £50 with a nobber on who finishes higher, took £50 off him last season when we got promoted hoping to make it £100 today, loser has to have their Facebook profile picture as the other teams manager for a month as well
