Don't you recall Grayson or even more dour managers, some are depressing and trot out the same phrases, some with 'you know'

The way it was mentioned about him not being inspiring it was like he couldn't communicate, but I and many others found a long interview enjoyable. Believe me they wouldn't if it was someone really dour.

You want someone relatable to watch in pre and post match interviews and it's quite a big thing for the fans as it's the connection with them, I'm happy with what I saw.

Plus if your dour your not going to motivate players. He comes across well, has experience and presence to get respect plus has been on a personal journey against cancer which makes me want him to do well for us ever more, if possible.

Delighted that he has returned back. He left the first time that was not his fault clearly. Who can blame him at the time. He has my full backing if it doesn't work out, the owner will act.

I can see this working well and he needs to be back in the transfer window I know he was nobody number 1 target but main thing he has big experience now since leaving us before.
