For me, he needs to ship out either Lubala or Beesley (which I know would be a problem) and bring in another striker (always tough at this stage of the season but we are very one dimensional up front and need someone to shake things up). I also think we still need a right back - I like Gabriel but am not sure he's the answer everyone thinks he is.
